Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the Leaf Boom speaker you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the Teal Blue speaker and all original accessories, including charging cables and manuals, back into the original retail packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our electronics technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
